Athletics & Athlete Development
Locked In Performance
Sports have been a major part of my life from an early age. From 2009–2013, I attended McKinney High School, where I became a three-sport varsity athlete as a freshman.
Throughout my high school athletic career, I earned numerous awards and accolades while competing at a high level and learning the discipline, toughness, and work ethic required to succeed.
After high school, I continued my athletic career at Angelo State University, competing at the NCAA Division II level in the Lone Star Conference. From 2014–2016, I played defensive back and earned the opportunity to become a starting defensive back as a freshman.
My years as an athlete taught me that talent alone is never enough.
Success comes from consistency, preparation, accountability, confidence, discipline, and putting in the work when nobody is watching. Those experiences became the foundation behind Locked In Performance.
Today, I use what I learned throughout my athletic career to help develop the next generation of athletes. My goal is not only to improve athletic ability, but to help athletes build the mindset, confidence, discipline, strength, speed, fundamentals, and work ethic they need to succeed both in sports and in life.
